Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to support adults with learning disabilities in Tiverton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff teams, promoting dignity, wellbeing, and independence, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support.

About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will be a role model to others, demonstrating excellent support to those we support. You will work closely with the Regional Service Manager to coach, support, and manage staff teams effectively. You will also be responsible for nurturing and inspiring new team members to ensure we have the best staff teams offering great support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance of your team, including delivery of care and support that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and independence.
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide the highest standards of clinical and personal support and service delivery.
  • Promote and lead good practice at all times, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of the people we support.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and Health and Safety issues.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or acceptable equivalent).
