Hunter Hughes is an award-winning NI manufacturing company specializing in high-performance mechanical ventilation products for residential and commercial construction sectors worldwide.

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Professional to join our expanding Sales and Marketing team.

The Role:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and delivering customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Promote our Mechanical Ventilation products and services through product seminars, site visits, and industry events, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients, leveraging technical knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Establish strong partnerships with industry influencers and strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress against targets and providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Benefits and Salary:

£52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
