Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Support Worker to join our team in Flintshire, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of life for our occupants.

Salary: £28,173.60 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care routines, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills, promoting autonomy and confidence
  • Safeguarding is paramount; ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our occupants at all times
  • Accurate record-keeping is essential to track progress and identify areas for improvement
