We are partnering with a well-established business to find a credible and experienced HR Generalist for a brand new critical role.
As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with Senior Managers to advise, support, and lead on all HR matters, including:
- Recruitment and employee relations
- Performance management and engagement
- Policy and process development
- Training and projects
You will lead the recruitment of all roles in the business, build relationships with internal and external partners, and drive the implementation of the company employment survey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee relations caseload
