Salary

We are currently working with a Maintenance Contractor to recruit a Trade Specialist for a permanent position. The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.


Job Description

The role will involve carrying out Multi-Trade repair work, including Carpentry, Plumbing, and Plastering. If you have skills in other trades, this would be advantageous. You will be required to work on Occupied and Void properties within the Hounslow area.

  • Multiplying skills in Carpentry, Plumbing, and Plastering
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
