Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our architectural practice, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects on a variety of projects, including education sector projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of architects on education sector projects, including schools, colleges, and other educational facilities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role.
  • ARB/RIBA qualification and membership.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD software.
  • Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and client communication.
  • Strong understanding of education sector projects, including schools, colleges, and other educational facilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
