We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Group HR Advisor to join our client's team in Norwich. This role will involve supporting their workforce across multiple locations in the region.
The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist with demonstrated experience of managing a high-volume case load in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR support to the workforce across multiple sites
- Managing a high-volume case load in a fast-paced environment
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborating with senior leaders to drive business outcomes
The ideal candidate will be confident, assertive, and resilient with excellent presentation and communication skills. They will also have excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and previous experience of utilising HRIS is desired.
A full driving licence is essential as this role requires regular travel to sites across the East of England. A company vehicle will be provided to assist with duties.
We offer a competitive salary of £40k-£43k dependant on experience and a flexible working arrangement with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site or out in the field, with 2 days working from home.
