About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Senior Analyst to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality liquidity risk reporting for the Group and its entities. The successful candidate will work closely with Risk and Finance partners to maintain collaborative relationships and ensure timely delivery of risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering comprehensive liquidity risk reporting to meet regulatory requirements and support business decision-making.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to risk reporting models and applications, ensuring optimal prioritization between inbound change, regulatory change, and operational improvement.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across Risk and Finance functions to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Treasury background with an understanding of liquidity risk, preferably within banking or building societies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel functionality to review, challenge, and streamline existing models or build new modelling capability.
  • Candidates with a financial background and broad understanding of Treasury's purpose will also be considered.
  • Prior experience of treasury and/or regulatory reporting, as well as knowledge of banking and treasury products.
