We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Finance Transformation team at Marks & Spencer. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow the build team to develop a deep understanding of the configuration of SAC, S/4 HANA, and PAPM.
  • Develop UAT test scripts and perform UAT across SAC, S/4 HANA, and PAPM.
  • Provide support to the implementation partner on any queries that arise during build.
  • Develop and deliver training to the reporting & analytics team and the wider finance team.
  • Enabling an orderly and smooth decommissioning of legacy systems.

You will be working closely with our external implementation partners, M&S digital & technology colleagues, and the wider finance team to design and implement a modern ERP that is fit for purpose and meets the requirements of M&S.

About You
  • Experience developing SAC stories, data analyser, managing live and import models, and maintaining SAC calendar.
  • Experience with SAP PAPM.
  • Prior ERP implementation experience.
  • A self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to succinctly condense and explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
