Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian is committed to bringing freedom to victims and survivors of human trafficking. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Anti Trafficking Advocate. The salary for this role is £15,000 per annum.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills and raise awareness in your community about the importance of combating human trafficking. As an advocate, you will be responsible for

  • advocacy
  • fundraising
  • policy development
  • community building
activities. No experience is necessary, just a passion for social justice.

We will cover travel expenses and provide support for your projects. You will have flexible working hours, available from Monday to Sunday, with a minimum commitment of 3 short online sessions per semester, plus additional variable hours. This role is suitable for individuals aged 18-25 who are looking to claim Saltire Awards hours for their activity.
