Job Title: Personal Assistant Required in Rawdon

We are seeking a reliable and caring Personal Assistant to support a young adult with Asperger's in the Rawdon area of Leeds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accompany the individual on days out and activities in the community
  • Supervise and support the individual at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Encourage and facilitate social interactions with peers and adults
  • Assist with transportation using a personal vehicle
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, including Safeguarding Adults/Children and Autism/Aspergers
Key Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license
  • Own personal vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with individuals with Asperger's or similar conditions
Working Hours:

4 hours per week, term-time and 6 hours during school holidays (evening after school and possible weekends)

Rate of Pay:

£12.40 per hour
