Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients at police stations, ensuring their rights are protected and their interests are represented.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in Magistrates' Courts and Crown Courts, handling a varied caseload of criminal matters, from minor offenses to serious crimes.
• Conduct thorough case research, gather evidence, and prepare legal documentation to support clients' cases.
• Advocate on behalf of clients during trials, hearings, and bail applications, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate and accreditation as a Duty Solicitor.
• Proven track record of managing complex criminal cases, with a strong understanding of the law and its applications.
