We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Manufacturing Administrator to join our team at Allstaff. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipping instructions with our Operations team and maintaining accurate sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
  • Create and maintain sales reports for our clients.
  • Coordinate shipping instructions with our Operations team to ensure smooth logistics.
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience in a sales and manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
