Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at Fortus Recruitment Group. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical tasks, including installation work, fault finding, and completion of electric certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical installation condition reports, annual emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, and installation work.
  • Quote for electrical test remedial work and ensure that the quality of work meets the highest possible standards.
  • Ensure all electrical work conforms to the latest IEE Wiring regulations and current British Standards.
  • Apply rigorous and sensible Health & Safety planning and practices in all work, using risk assessments, method statements, and PPE where needed.
  • Fully diagnose a job before starting work, identifying the materials needed and other trades required for full completion.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential)
  • 18th Edition (Desirable)
  • 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Desirable)
