Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator to lead our Blow Moulding Department's operational excellence program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, driving performance, and ensuring alignment of resources to deliver targets and objectives.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Leveraging data-driven insights to drive advanced trouble-shooting capabilities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Developing and deploying Operational Excellence strategies across site functions, focusing on areas such as Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, and Policies & Procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong technical processing knowledge, particularly in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
