Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing high-quality design and technical drawings packages, meeting industry standards and client expectations
  • Working closely with the team to achieve project goals, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and contractors, building strong relationships and trust
  • Participating in site visits when required, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years post-part III UK experience, preferably in a similar role or position, demonstrating expertise and knowledge
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, essential tools for delivering high-quality designs
  • Previous experience working on conservation and residential projects, showcasing expertise in these areas
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure
  • A good understanding of UK building regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards
