Culinary Apprentice

Are you passionate about cooking and eager to develop your culinary skills? Our Commis Chef Apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Commis Chef Apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced chefs to gain hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen management, and team leadership. You will also study one day a week at one of our college partners, where you will develop your theoretical knowledge and skills.

Our award-winning Chef Apprenticeships are designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry, from food safety and hygiene to menu planning and presentation. You will have the opportunity to work in various kitchens across the South of England, gaining valuable experience and building your confidence.
