We are seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team at Pure Technology. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our technology function and driving strategic initiatives to support our business growth.

• Oversee the entire technology function, including ERP, CRM, applications, networking, security, development, and support.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan and roadmap for technology investments.
• Collaborate with the senior management team and board on commercial activities within and outside of technology and IT.
• Manage third-party suppliers and agreements.
• Lead a team of 8 and manage a range of projects.
• Crisis management planning and focus on security issues and threats.
• Plan and implement new technology to ensure best tools, systems, and platforms are considered.

• Proven experience in a broad range of IT disciplines at SLT level or above.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting and developing a team in a growing business.
• Ability to work at all levels with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to see the bigger picture and focus on commercial outcomes and investment in new and appropriate technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management with an approach to run a modern business partnering tech function.
