Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team at The Access Group. As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering payroll solutions to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver payroll projects following our Implementation Methodology, providing training and support to clients on our payroll software.
- Proactively manage client implementations, ensuring they operate within time and budget.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to manage expectations and ensure successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of payroll software and processes, including UK and Irish payroll legislation.
- Previous experience in a consultancy or implementation role, preferably with a SAAS Payroll provider.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric communication skills.
