Job Title: Behaviour Mentor for Special Needs Students

Description:
This role presents an exceptional opportunity to support students with Autism, ADHD, or Social, Emotional difficulties (SEMH) in a stimulating and challenging environment. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with the SEN team to create a tailored learning environment that meets the unique needs of each student.

Key responsibilities include supporting students in small groups or one-on-one settings, collaborating with senior leaders, heads of departments, parents, carers, social workers, and other professionals. This position also offers opportunities for ongoing training and development, ensuring you can continually adapt to the evolving needs of your students.

Requirements:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Possess a DBS on the Update Service (or be prepared to obtain a new one)
- Provide overseas Police Checks (if applicable)
- Have previous school-based experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Secondary Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Special Needs Teaching Assistant, or a similar role
