About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the management of contracts and their ongoing planned and refurbishment programs. This role involves analyzing delivery against targets, collaborating with various teams, and working closely with the overall UK Head of Operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing planned and refurbishment works for social housing and local authorities, as well as leading framework agreements for social housing and local authorities.

Working Environment

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across the home counties, Hertfordshire, Essex, London, and the southeast. With offices spread across the UK, this role could offer flexibility in office location based on your location.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £110,000 - £130,000 + Car allowance, depending on your location.
