Job Description:

The Commercial Officer will play a crucial role in the management of contracts and the supply of services within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
  • Identifying and implementing contract revisions
  • Organising and maintaining contract files
  • Ensuring the flow down of prime contract commercial requirements to suppliers

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar contracts management role
  • Strong knowledge of commercial/contract models and risk management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience in MOD/Defence contracts management
  • Ability to support capture management and bids

Clearance: SC clearance is required for this role.
