Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Safeguarding team as the Operational Team Manager. As a key member of the team, you will lead an integrated multi-disciplinary team to empower people to take control of their lives and take steps to protect themselves and live a life free from neglect or abuse.

You will provide day-to-day operational management of the safeguarding hub (MASH) and through support and professional development promote choice and person-centred support. You will continue to drive a culture of good practice and improvement focusing on the 6 core safeguarding principles of the Care Act 2014.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated multi-disciplinary team to empower people to take control of their lives and take steps to protect themselves and live a life free from neglect or abuse.
  • Provide day-to-day operational management of the safeguarding hub (MASH).
  • Through support and professional development promote choice and person-centred support.
  • Continue to drive a culture of good practice and improvement focusing on the 6 core safeguarding principles of the Care Act 2014.
