Job Title: Community Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Management Executive to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to advance the cultural sector in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Board of Directors to assess the needs of the Alliance and cultural sector, re-affirm the mission, and chart a strategic course for the organization.
  • Develop effective working relationships with cultural organizations, community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote community support for arts and culture.
  • Promote the Alliance and the sector through written articles, personal presentations, and social media.
  • Assess and update all current policies, programs, and services to ensure they accurately reflect and effectively serve the diversity of the Alliance's varied membership.
  • Oversee financial management and control of the Alliance to ensure continued fiscal health and stability.
Requirements:
  • Dynamic, forward-thinking, and collaborative leadership skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, community engagement, and cultural sector development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of success in leading organizational change and development.
