Exciting Opportunity for a Workshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our construction equipment, ensuring it is in top condition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out preventive maintenance on our construction equipment.
  2. Follow safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop and at customer sites.
  3. Support the business needs in the day-to-day requirements of service and maintenance to our machinery.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience with construction equipment or in roles such as Engineer, Mechanic Technician, Plant Fitter, Service Technician, Service Fitter, or Workshop Plant Fitter. Experience with manufacturers like Volvo, JCB, and Kubota is also desirable.
