Dermatological Expert

We are seeking an exceptional Skincare Specialist to join our team at Dermalogica Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through expert product knowledge and advice.

About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality skincare treatments and consultations to customers, identifying their skin concerns and recommending personalized solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored advice on product usage and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques, ensuring that your knowledge is current and relevant.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

About You:

• You have a passion for skincare and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.
• You are a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• You have a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with experience in a similar role.
