Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Invigorate Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipping, order processing, and product planning functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client orders for accuracy and completeness, and ensure that all finishes and prices are correct.
  • Check and acknowledge customer orders, and arrange despatch by appropriate carriers.
  • Liaise with carriers regarding customs clearance for goods, and raise order confirmations to clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding lead times and product availability.
  • Assist with shipping and producing required documentation, and liaise with business locations worldwide.
  • Schedule deliveries to site and arrange installation, and contact clients to receive feedback on installation.
  • Gain product knowledge through training sessions, and attend meetings with other company functions as necessary.
Requirements:

Required candidates need to have experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to prioritize workloads. Salary: up to \u00a330k depending on experience.
