Payroll Clerk and Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk and Administrator to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a Payroll Clerk and Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payrolls, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls, including leavers and holiday pay, contractor/sub-contractor payments, and calculating payroll and running payslips.
  • Manage employee data, update payroll records, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Provide support to the payroll team, prepare depot staff costs budgets, and process holiday forms and payroll amendments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably with QBE or AAT qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and a keen eye for detail.
