Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Crane Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our inspection and certification department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of lifting equipment and cranes.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of LOLER and PUWER regulations. You will be working with a variety of clients across different sectors, including aerospace, manufacturing, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of lifting equipment and cranes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to prevent equipment failure
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Operate within agreed authorities, inspection, and H&S standards
Requirements:
  • HNC or Level 4 qualification equivalent or above in any engineering discipline
  • Hands-on experience of fixing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, or servicing any lifting equipment or cranes
  • UK Driving licence
  • Customer-facing skills
