About the Role

The Business Development Lead will play a critical role in driving our next phase of business growth. You'll focus on identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to accelerate customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan, prioritizing opportunities for the business.
  • Focused on building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
  • Oversee marketing channels: performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and operations for growth alignment.
  • Work with the Head of Brand to establish consistent messaging and position Beams as a leader in home renovation.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure marketing effectiveness, and drive a culture of experimentation and iteration.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in driving growth for startups, scaleups, or fast-growing companies.
  • Data-driven, passionate about metrics, and motivated to improve.
  • A strong bias for action and comfort in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-centric with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Detailed knowledge of growth marketing channels, including advertising, SEO, partnerships, and CRM.
  • Proficient in analytics platforms and familiar with marketing automation tools.
Package and Benefits:
