Nursery Team Lead Professional

At Blom and Blom, we are seeking an experienced Nursery Team Lead Professional to join our team. This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can provide leadership and guidance to our nursery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner. They will also have a sound understanding of both the Early Years Foundation Stage and best practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children’s learning and development, working collaboratively with colleagues, and maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required.
You will also contribute to the development of policies and procedures and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and colleagues.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

As a Nursery Team Lead Professional at Blom and Blom, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
