We are seeking an exceptional Education Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing individualised learning experiences.
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who have neurodiverse needs, supporting them in achieving their full potential. As an Education Specialist, you will design and implement engaging lessons that cater to each pupil's unique strengths and interests.
Your creativity and patience will be invaluable assets in this role, as you work with small class sizes of four pupils. You will have the freedom to develop personalised learning plans that align with each pupil's needs, using a range of teaching methods to keep them motivated and engaged.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also monitor and record progress, working closely with pupils to help them achieve their learning goals. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in communicating effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
About the Role- Lead classroom activities, planning, teaching, and assessing learning, particularly with 'your' class.
- Monitor and record progress, both academically and against EHCP outcomes.
- Work closely with pupils, keeping them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
The salary for this position is between £28,350 and £33,592 per annum, based on working 40 hours per week (39.2 weeks of the year). You will receive paid holidays (12.8 weeks) and contribute to our pension scheme (5% employee contribution, 3% employer contribution).

Requirements- Patient, compassionate, and resilient – All of the pupils you'll support will be neurodiverse, which may impact their learning behaviour and communication needs.
- Great communication skills – Both verbal and written communication is important in this role as you'll be speaking to a lot of different people at different times.
- A driving licence – Our pupils love to learn in a wide range of settings, so we need you to drive them to where they need to go.
