We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineering Manager to lead our airport infrastructure project at Heathrow Airport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors to deliver multiple ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control standards.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Department to optimize project delivery and commercial performance.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in civil engineering and utilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of growing commercial and contractual skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
