Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Perrys Multi-Brand Milton Keynes. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales executives, business managers, and administrators, while reporting directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales department to deliver sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Manage a team of sales executives, business managers, and administrators to ensure seamless customer service
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager in a successful car dealership
- Proven track record of success in sales and team management
- Full UK driving license
- Driven and passionate individual with a strong work ethic
