About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Services Executive to join our Platinum Team at Healthxchange. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a customer champion, delivering personalized and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, working with internal stakeholders to investigate and provide full resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers through a personalized approach and understanding of their business and patient needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and work closely with the Quality team to support compliance.
  • Support new customers through the account opening process and provide guidance on using our ePharmacy website.
  • Complete First Impressions checks to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to resolve customer delivery issues.
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints, providing resolutions in line with customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Good understanding of commercial requirements and business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
