About the Role

INVISTA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduling and Planning Leader to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sound planning practices to improve maintenance performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize SAP (CMMS) to optimize labor, parts, materials, and outside vendor services.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Coordinators, Reliability team, and other departments to track progress and ensure prompt, efficient, and quality service from Maintenance.
  • Support the site in ensuring SAP is utilized in an efficient and effective manner, including generating weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

  • SAP or equivalent CMMS experience.
  • Engineering background.
  • Experience of CI, LEAN.
  • Experience of Engineering Site Shutdown/Turnaround activities would be beneficial.
  • Leadership capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative, the ability to manage work autonomously, and deal with changing priorities.
  • High value for compliance, safety, and environment.
  • Strong desire to continuously learn and develop knowledge and skills.
