Job Title: Paraplanning Expert

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanning Expert to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to our financial planners, assisting them in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans for our clients.

About the Role:
  • As a Paraplanning Expert, you will be responsible for checking all compliance paperwork, discussing client objectives with our financial planners, conducting research into new products, and writing suitability reports.
  • You will also be expected to complete application/proposals forms, make changes to clients' investments as instructed, establish and build strong relationships with clients, and organise future planning meetings.
  • In addition, you will review investment portfolios, asset allocation, risk profile, etc., send planning figures to clients for update and revision, initiate review meetings, and respond to withdrawal requests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To succeed in this role, you must be able to work within defined business processes, achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good IT skills, report writing skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively are also essential.
  • You should be able to work independently and in a team, with a high level of technical knowledge and broad knowledge of the financial services world.
