Pool Attendant

We are seeking a motivated individual to support health and safety operations, drive customer service excellence, and be part of a diverse motivated team as a Lifeguard at Chalfont Leisure Centre in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective pool supervision, delivering excellent customer service standards, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing safe and effective pool supervision
• Delivering excellent customer service standards
• Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre
• Supporting the varied programme of activities and sessions
• Effectively communicating with other team members

Requirements include a National Pool Lifeguard qualification, with First Aid at Work and coaching qualifications desirable. This position will involve day, evening, and weekend work, including public holidays, and a DBS check will be completed prior to starting in this role.
