Senior Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Associate:
Review standard risk customers, validate and verify customer information against public records and assess against internal risk criteria. Contact customers via email, webchat, and telephone to request, and provide, additional information required to support the review.

Enhanced Due Diligence Analyst:
In addition to the role of a CDD Associate, you will also review moderate risk and high-risk customers and perform Targeted Due Diligence (TDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). You will also evaluate all high-risk cases that have been referred for approval. You will provide expert policy advice, and be a liaison to internal risk, compliance, and legal teams.

CDD/EDD Process Specialist:
In addition to the role of a CDD Associate, you will provide support to the wider team, giving feedback and coaching on any training gaps identified, to ensure best in class service. You will also work in collaboration with internal teams, such as Quality Assurance, Transaction Monitoring, Credit Risk and Cyber Security, highlighting any trends and issues.

  • Knowledge of CDD and EDD policies and procedures, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a CDD/KYC, or similar, role.
  • Superb diligence and an ability to apply creative problem-solving techniques and tools to compliance issues.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience or familiarity with merchant acquiring, or in the payments industry.
  • Experience of Coaching and Training.
