Job Title: Business Development Manager - Construction Solutions
Location: Mitcham, Surrey
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

The successful candidate will join our sales team at Lifespan, where they will be responsible for developing opportunities for the design and supply of FRP bridges within the CW region for CRL.
Main Responsibilities:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities for the design and supply of FRP bridges.
- To promote Lifespan and CRL services to bridge owners and associated stakeholders.
- To own and report on sales pipeline and forecast sales revenues.
- To carry out CPD presentations to bridge engineers and water companies.
- To ensure the Regional Office achieves or exceeds business development targets.
- To provide outline and tender proposals to bridge owners, water companies, and their stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in promoting specialist construction solutions.
- Experience in selling technical solutions.
- Ability to work with Marketing to aid Strategy Development and Sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
