Job Title: Classroom Support Educator
Estimated Salary: £120-£230 per day (Depending on experience)
GSL Education is excited to invite applications for the role of Classroom Support Educator in well-regarded schools located in Braintree and Surrounding. This position is perfect for educators who thrive on variety and are eager to make a difference across multiple classroom settings.
About the Role:
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will provide essential teaching support across various schools, covering for permanent staff absences. You will ensure the continuity of students' education by delivering prepared lessons and managing the classroom environment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects, following the provided curriculum and lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment, ensuring that students are focused and on-task.
- Quickly adapt to different school environments and requirements, providing seamless educational experiences for students.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional behaviour and interaction with students, staff and parents.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in teaching, ideally across multiple key stages and subjects.
- Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Willingness to work on a casual basis with availability to cover at short notice.
- A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.
