Eni, a leading integrated energy company, is seeking an experienced Senior Crude Operations Specialist in London. This key role involves managing day-to-day trading operations for crude oil, petroleum products, and bio-fuels, ensuring operational performance efficiency.

As one of the largest natural gas companies in Europe, Eni plays a significant role in the global energy transition. Our Trade & Biofuels SpA entity is responsible for international trading of crude oil, petroleum products, bio-fuels, and related financial derivatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage trading operations activities to ensure efficient performance;
  • Support demurrage and costs management teams with ancillary costs such as demurrage, freight differentials, dead freight, and resolve issues;
  • Built strong working relationships and communicate daily with relevant counterparties' operations teams;
  • Collaborate with Inspection Companies for cargo quality/quantity controls;
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal communication regarding pertaining cargoes;
  • Update company position systems promptly and accurately with latest data on cargoes, including b/l dates and actual volumes;
  • Address ad hoc requests from Trading Team;
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external requirements;
  • Manage storage locations, including stock reconciliations.

Requirements:
  • Cargo documentation, b/l, inspection, LC, voyage orders, and customs knowledge;
  • Understanding of Trading & Shipping Operations, Cargoes, Time Charters, Voyage Charters, Ships, Quality & Quantity controls;
  • Awareness of Procedures, Compliance Policy;
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with knowledge of Italian beneficial;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
