Job Title: Field Installation Trainer

At Leaf Home, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative products and services. As a Field Installation Trainer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our installation teams have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for installation subcontractors, focusing on LeafFilter product installation and quality assurance.
  • Conduct regular field evaluations to assess installation quality and provide coaching to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Installation Managers to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify systemic training gaps and propose solutions to address them.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation.
  • Track record of successful training, coaching, and onboarding of subcontractors.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to interact with customers.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in gutter and gutter protection system installation.
Work Environment:

Field office/manufacturing/construction environment. Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates. Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
