About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Property Compliance to lead and manage our landlord compliance and M&E delivery teams. As a senior leader, you will contribute to the Senior Leadership team and drive continuous improvement in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a professional compliance team to deliver customer-focused landlord compliance and M&E services.
  • Ensure staff contribute positively, sharing skills and mentoring to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver compliance inspection, servicing, and remediation services to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee data assurance activities to maintain and improve property and compliance data quality.
  • Foster a culture of accurate data management, ensuring compliance with data systems.
  • Provide strategic direction for procurement and contract delivery, ensuring legal and best practice standards.
  • Manage a budget exceeding £9 million.
  • Collaborate with Health and Safety and Assets teams to meet fire and building safety obligations.

The Successful Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written. You should also have strategic thinking and the ability to make evidence-based, data-informed decisions.
