We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our dynamic team at IN2 Consult. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing credit and collections for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding balances.
- Reconcile statements, credit cards, and petty cash to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively manage relationships with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and obtain payments.
- Maintain accurate records for suppliers and customers, including setup and maintenance of records.
- Participate in monthly Sales Ledger Reviews to ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience within an office environment, preferably in credit control, accounts receivable, or related financial roles.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
