About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic dentist to join our practice as a Clinical Lead Dentist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing treatment plans, and leading a team of dentists and hygienists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dentistry, excellent clinical skills, and outstanding leadership abilities. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including up to £15,000 joining bonus, optional co-funding agreement, and on-site parking.

About Our Practice

Rodericks Dental Partners is a modern and well-equipped practice located in the heart of Dudley. Our state-of-the-art facility includes seven fully air-conditioned surgeries, an elegant extended section designed exclusively for private-only services, and an on-site OPG machine.

Our practice is committed to providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive team culture. We work alongside skilled clinicians, including an orthodontist and a private dentist, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development.
