About the Role

AGM Construction Recruitment is seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on roofing projects and a strong understanding of roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance works, liaise with tenants and carry out inspections, complete all aspects of roofing - remove old roofs, install roof insulation, and perform repairs as indicated to leaking roofs. Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules, attend site and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by the administration team, and any other reasonable duties.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of other trades, a "get stuck in and get the job done" attitude, and a strong commitment to quality and reliability. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication skills.
