We are a major player in the property practice, with a market-leading land team comprising surveyors, valuers, environmental specialists, project managers, and town planners.

**Our Client's Needs**

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist in the growth of our Land Assembly team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Planning Act and relevant rules of land referencing. Strong commercial awareness, including finance and technical project management, is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop project plans and resource work packages to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the technical land referencing team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide expert advice and effective management to a wide range of property industry and private clients.
  • Support the performance of the team and provide ongoing management and guidance as needed.
  • Plan and review training and development needs of the team.
  • Produce resource, scope, and cost estimates to support commercial tender opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Thorough knowledge of the Planning Act and relevant rules of land referencing.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including finance and technical project management.
  • Business development-orientated attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service and quality to clients.
