You will work closely with our office team to understand client needs, develop personalized care plans, and deliver high-quality support that enables our clients to maintain their independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with older adults and supporting individuals with dementia.
Benefits and Rewards:
In addition to your hourly rate, you will also receive:
- Paid holiday leave based on 28 days per annum.
- Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for client visits and 25p per mile between visits.
- Access to a pension scheme, with a company contribution of up to 3%.
