This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caregiver, providing essential support to older adults living in their own homes in Guisborough and surrounding areas.

You will work closely with our office team to understand client needs, develop personalized care plans, and deliver high-quality support that enables our clients to maintain their independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• No prior experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
• A Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with older adults and supporting individuals with dementia.

• Paid holiday leave based on 28 days per annum.
• Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile for client visits and 25p per mile between visits.
