Account Manager Engineering Lead

Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account management plans, operational programs, and PPM Planners to ensure profitable and operational management of contracts.
- Manage day-to-day operations, control, coordination, and execution of all operations under your control, ensuring satisfactory service delivery of contract deliverables.
- Produce regular reports detailing physical performance, monitoring the quality of work carried out by the workforce, and managing FES FM staff on account/contract delivery teams.
- Source and utilize materials and subcontractors effectively, understanding contractual requirements and client expectations, and ensuring services are delivered to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
- Work closely with other Account/Contract Managers to ensure consistency of best practice, standards, and processes.
- Manage appraisals and succession planning for staff within your teams, monitor contractual key performance indicators for operational performance and contractual compliance, and implement a robust reporting and review process.
- Assist with business development opportunities, ensuring proposed solutions are operationally viable, and assist in the mobilization of new contracts to comply with agreed scope and performance.
- Ensure contractual obligations are being met, and targeted commercial performance is achieved on contracts under your control, and manage quality, environmental, and health & safety issues at each site.
- Liaise with customer representatives at the tactical level to deliver services effectively, focus on management-level tasks, and ensure effective delegation of tasks to subordinates.
- Manage HR issues, ensuring company policies are fully implemented, and performance manage the activities of the team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and developments in operational and facilities management.
- Demonstrate sound contract management capability and a proactive attitude.
- Have excellent computer/IT skills and proven knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Encourage the team to create solutions that add value to the customer and business, develop the team's capability through coaching and mentoring, and measure performance in areas of productivity, quality, and delivery.
- Prior experience and knowledge within the Pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial but not essential.
